Whenever I visit websites like news sites and they have numerous stories on their landing page with video clips looping and when I watch videos on Facebook my iPad freezes up.

So we actually found that issue was the reduce motion setting. Once I turned that off, the iPad stopped freezing up when visiting websites that had thumbnails with video clips playing or when watching reels on facebook. Problem solved.

Yes, that works when frozen. The point is that it should not freeze up constantly every time I land on a website that has videos running. The issue needs to be resolved so it doesn’t keep happening and I can actually navigate through websites, read stories without the iPad constantly freezing up. Thanks. Also the techs had me do that as well as much more but the problem persists.
So they edited my post as they did not like criticism for how my issue was handled. Interesting.
