You can't buy an Apple Card (credit card). You can apply for one, but there is no purchase involved.

You can buy an Apple Gift Card though.

What exactly are you referring to?

To apply for an Apple Card (credit card), you need to be a US citizen or legal resident, 18 or older, with a valid US address and you will need to allow Goldman Sachs to verify your credit score and history to offer a credit limit for you.
