I have toggled Wallet double click (dc) button off/on and completely cleared Safari cache, turned phone off and on but DC still not working
Any solution appreciated.

Thx Jeff. I've just discovered the cards I had in my Wallet somehow disappeared 🤔! though I hadn't knowingly removed them. I've added them back in and all is OK again and DC is now working. Apologies for taking your time.

Double click (DC) for Wallet Pay has been working OK for several years from my iPhone 13/14/15 until a few days ago on my 16 Pro, in spite of completely clearing the cache. Yesterday I updated to IOS 18.6 but DC still doesn't work - though it still does on my iPad Pro 12.9'' 6th Gen on which I make Wallet payments successfully. I don't see an 'Allow payments on Mac' option to enable on my iPhone, so not sure what you mean.
So, do you have > Allow Payments on Mac< enabled? If so you need to authenticate the payment on your iPhone by double clicking the side button (power button) on your iPhone.
Have your enabled any Accessibility features recently?
I have since discovered, via Google, that cards can disappear from the Wallet for a variety of reasons. Regards
