Missing App Store receipt for Roblox in-app purchase

Hello,

On July 27, 2025 at 23:28 (GMT+3), I made an in-app purchase in Roblox (Premium 88 Robux) via the App Store for $0.99. The purchase was successful, and the Robux were delivered, but I did not receive a receipt by email, and the reportaproblem.apple.com website says “No receipt available for this purchase.”

Could you please help me get the receipt or resend it to the email associated with my Apple ID?

Receipts don't always come in at the time of purchase. Is it listed as paid when viewing your History in the App Store. If the charge is Pending, you would get the receipt after it has been processed and that may not be the same as when the in-app purchase was delivered.

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

Maybe provide a screenshot of what you are seeing if it does not contain any personal information.
