I got a apple pencil a few years ago and i think i left it somewhere. I cant find it and i cant track it. HELP..Also not buying a new one…

so they don't have as many features as apples but if it's just for the basics, suppose it would do.

With the sole exception of the Apple Pencil Pro, there are no technical methods by which to locate a lost or mislaid Apple Pencil.
Your only option to locate a Pencil is the Mark #1 eyeball…
Unfortunately, it appears that only the newer, more capable “wireless only chargeable” Apple Pencil Pro is trackable w/ FindMy.
Presumably yours - being “a few years old” - is fitted with a Lightning charging connector - and doesn’t have this capability
