Recovering a missing Safari tab group if it’s not in Recently Closed or History

When I opened up safari one of the tab groups I made wasn’t there. but the private browsing and one of the other tab groups I made are still there I check the recently closed tabs and none of the tabs that were in it are there. and I can only find a couple of the tabs through history. I have both closed and reopened the app as well as restarted my phone still nothing. Is there anything else I can do?
