Should I delete iCloud Private Relay if subscription won’t sync across devices?

It’s a newspaper subscription that is an all access. It includes games but on my iPhone it won’t give me the archives; just my iPad which makes no sense. Must I call the newspaper about this or can I fix this from my end? I usually don’t like applerelayid bc it seems to make more problems than it solves. Should I delete the applerelayid? My iPhone and iPad are using the same newspaper subscription but the games app isn't syncing. And I have an all access subscription.
