On the same AppleID you can try Sign out of your Apple Account on Mac to sort sync issue ie copy & paste between devices Sign in to or out of your Apple Account on Mac - Apple Support
If this is copy & paste in general on each individual device (Mac Mini, iPhone, iPad) seems most unusual if not unheard of...
Start with the Mac—To trouble shoot further you can:

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
This test will tell you if third party interference; most extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.
