not getting apply pay refund

I made a purchase with a website that now has issued a refund. It has been 10 business days and I have not seen anything. How do I check on the status? Also, I do have a screenshot of what they sent me for a transaction that I can provide. Can somebody give me some kind of insight or update on this please?

Credits almost always take significantly longer than charges to post back to your payment method.

Regardless, Apple is in no way involved in the processing of either the initial charge, or the refund transaction.

It’s all entirely between the merchant, your payment method issuer, and the associated payments-processing network entities in-between.

Continue to follow-up with your own payment method issuer until resolved.
