Korean keyboard issues with caps-lock and character joining in macOS Sequoia

Since a recent update to macos, the Korean keyboard has been acting up when using caps-lock to toggle input mode. The keyboard entry will refuse to join any characters together.

This happens anytime at all when activating a tab or window after the input mode was switched, i.e. in Notes, and can be resolved by closing the window, or in browser by refreshing the page.

Do you see the same problem if you use the input menu or control space to switch languages?

On a second look the fix will work only when tabbing away- then back into the window. Thanks, will let them know about it.
