Cant sign in to apple tv on fire tv
Says not supported in my region. Have been subscribed for years

Just for testing, can you sign in for Apple TV+ on any other device, or computer web browser?

What is the country or country-like region that your Apple Account is set for?
Could it be that your Fire TV device has a region settings that the Apple TV app may conflict with, according to the setting for your Apple Account? I.e. do they match?

Could it be that a VPN (set to foreign connection) is active on your network and/or device(s)? If so, try turning that off.
Try resetting the Apple TV app. Then sign in again.
Else try deleting and reinstalling the Apple TV app.
Verify if device software updates are available. Install when possible.
