Why can't I sign in to the Apple Teacher Learning Center?

Has anyone had a problem in sign in the apple teacher learning center? I am using my own apple ID via laptop, phone and iPad also cannot sign in successfully. I received the welcome email but its keeps giving me the page show that have to wait to be redirected. Anyone face the same problem with me? Here is the picture that showed.
