Spotlight not finding apps on iPhone 15 after updating to iOS 18.5
Hello! After updating to iOS 18.5, I’ve encountered an issue with Spotlight search — it doesn’t find installed apps if I search using their Russian names.
Example:
– Typing “Калькулятор” shows Safari and dictionary results, but not the app itself;
– Typing “calculator” finds the app instantly.

The app is definitely installed and works fine when launched from the Home Screen. This issue seems to affect other apps too — Spotlight often fails to find them when searched in Russian.
What I’ve tried:
• Restarted the device;
• Checked Settings → Siri & Search — all toggles are enabled;
• Interface language is Russian, region is set to Russia;
• Performed a full Reset All Settings — did not help.

Would appreciate any help — is this a Spotlight indexing bug, or is there a way to manually force reindexing?
