How can I block a specific merchant from charging my Apple Pay?

I have subscribed into pro feature in specific websites. the merchant have been charging me fees through apple pay. however, I no longer need the subscription plan but cannot find the unsubscribe button on the website. I afraid that it is a scam and wanted to block that specific charged from that merchant from my apple pay/wallet. what should I do? Also, if I add another bank account into my apple pay/wallet and remove the current one, can the merchant charged me again through the other bank account? or do I need to stop using apple pay?

A subscription is a legal obligation and blocking a specific charge or even removing the card from Apple Pay will not stop the charges. You must contact the merchants support team and cancel the subscription to stop the charges.

So, to answer your original question, there is no way to block a specific charge using Apple Pay. The subscription transactions are what is known as a Card on File (COF) transaction. The two ways to stop the charges are cancel the subscription or close the account.
