Sent apple cash to closed account, How do I get my money back?

I sent my apple cash to closed account. I submitted a ticket with them they told me it should take no more that 5 business days. I was told that if I call the other bank(chase) to see if the money cleared what can they do, Chase told me. that It should come back to me after 3 business days. After 7 business days, I havent got any update other than a dispute that I was originally made at the beginning that it was denied..... Okay now what How I get the money back?

Ask an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank for the ACH transfer number for the funds sent to Chase. Give the ACH number to Chase and to trace the funds both coming to Chase and being returned. Chase can the then tell you when Green Dot Bank received the funds. Lastly, follow up with Green Dot giving them the ACH number Chase used to return the funds.
