When AirPods are connected to iOS or watchOS music always plays in Spatial Audio

when air pods are connected to iOS or watchOS , Music always plays in spatial audio. I don’t want to listen to music in Spatial Audio. The only way to turn it off is in Sounds and Haptics, but I don’t have Personalize Spatial Audio set up, and there’s no other option in the volume slider, or accessibility or the Air Pods section in setting. Please fix.
