I have a lot of expired cards in my wallet (like tickets, car insurance, and IDs) that I want to delete. How do I remove them?

Open the Wallet app, tap the item to be removed, tap the More button (3 dots in a circle), tap Remove Pass.

when i open it from power butten its shoed there but when i open the wallet from the setteing ints not shown there

That’s not the app. You’re activating Apple Pay and preparing your default payment method.

Apps have to be tapped to open the app. Wallet app looks like this,
