Problem with iTunes updating my music

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, 18.4.1 500GB space (only 90gb used).

364 songs (now, I don't know how many before the update).

I am on a Windows 11 Home Version: 24H2 Build:26100.3915 (no updates available).

iTunes 12.13.7.1

After the last iOS update, Music on my iPhone made a mess out of my organized music. For example, I have a band, with all their albums, with label covers, and songs in order. After the update it messed it all up. Like that band, only had some albums, with only had a few songs. Some albums where in there twice. Most lost their albums cover image.

So I took my original iTunes Media folder on my PC and made a new one on the root of a drive (easier to locate) and made sure all the music was sorted with albums, songs and cover artwork.

When I plugged my phone in, (I don't remember the exact wording), but it was something "Do you want to remember you previous media folder, I think, and I tried no. Then I tried it all again, and did yes. Both ways, I still get a missing/disorganized music on my phone.

I don't have the slightest clue what I am doing wrong. And I am going to send Apple an email of this problem in case others had it, and maybe it won't happen again to anyone else.

I appreciate any help I can get.
