How do I stop emails to my iCloud email address from going to junk?

Most emails to my icloud email address are going to junk even though only 2 out of 80 current ones are junk. Apple could not help so my work arround is:-

Create new mail folder 'ALL MAIL INBOX" and move to top of folder list.

Go into icloud web mail in a browser and find settings gear sign. Select "Rules"

Add new rule All mail addressed to your email address.

Move to 'ALL MAIL INBOX'.

Save

All mail to your icloud email address will now go into 'ALL MAIL INBOX' and no mail will go into INBOX or JUNK mail
