The notification says Message Failed To Send and It’s Not Delivered! So failed Can I get an F? So I am going to the Zoo this weekend! Better Internet Connection!

That error message says "Not Delivered." It doesn't say anything about failed to send. "Not Delivered" generally indicates a problem on the recipient's end.
Are these iMessages (blue) or SMS/RCS (green)?
