New Calendar events inconsistently revert back to ‘New Event’

New Calendar event entries revert back to New Event, frequently just after creating them. The problem is not constant: sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.

Can anybody help me with this issue?

Calendar events keep disappearing. I have been havinga huge problem adding calendar events only to have them later disappear. I’ve even noticed the event was missing, added it again, only to have it disappear again. I’ve missed several very important appointments because of this issue. Very frustrating to rely on the calendar only to have it lose my important appointments. Any suggestions on how to prevent it from happening?

Can't click on calendar events Can't get into event info on random calendar events. Seems to happen on about 10-15% of events so not all but enough to be annoying. Single clicking on the event will highlight the event. Can also drag the event from day to day and expand to multiple days. Double clicking won't open event info. Instead it just adds a new event. Right clicking won't open the event options menu, just comes up with "new event" and "paste event", as if you're just right clicking on empty space. Closing and reopening the app doesn't seem to make a difference. Sometimes it'll start working again one one event but stop working on another.

Unable to edit/delete calendar event iPad Air 5th generation I created an event for the week on my iPad. It appears both on my iPad and iPhone. When I try to edit or delete the event on my iPad, the edit and delete options appear, but when I choose either button, the edit or delete screen appears, then immediately disappears, rendering them both useless. If I go to my iPhone, I am able to delete and edit the same event. My iPhone is running iOS 18.3, iPad 18.2.x. Thinking it was an iOS issue, I updated my iPad to 18.3 and the issue remains. iPhone can both edit and delete, iPad has same problem with edit/delete screens disappearing before I’m able to make changes. This only happens for the new event. All other existing events can be edited or deleted. Ideas?
