Why is my iPhone 14 not making sounds for new emails despite being fully updated?

Checked everything 3 times my EMAIL on my Iphone 14 which is fully updated no longer mahes any sounds when a new EMAIL comes in!! Ive tried everything?? no longer makes a sound

No sound when I get emails (iPhone 14 pro max) I’ve just set up my new iPhone 14 and updated it to the latest software but I noticed there’s no sound when I get an email. I have turned on all the sound notifications and still no sound. I get a sound when I receive a text and everything else. This is a problem for me. Any ideas on what I can do?

iphone15 no longer makes audible sound when receiving new emails My iphone15 used to make audible sounds when receiving new emails. Setting checked and all appears still set properly to make selected sound upon new email. Now does not receive emails when sleeping but only when unlocked and awake. Sometimes upon unlocking selected sound is played but not always. No Do not disturb or focus settings active. Please advise as everything else works properly - texts, phone, all other notifications

Just EMAIL in notifications. All other sounds are OK. Thanks
