I have other JPG files without gibberish in the name but the same/similar content.

Looks like what I get when I drag or copy an image from a web page in my browser.

CMD I doesn't show created by - but at least I was able to copy the file name.

Finder "Where from" does not work - perhaps a suggestion "begins with"what -
I tried 1 to 0 and many letters.

Try command+i, that brings up the file information. If this isn’t what you are looking for, then please say so
