How do I get globe on my iPad keyboard?

If you have installed the Emoji Keyboard, the Globe key is replaced with the Emoji icon. Otherwise, the key functionality is the same.


You can restore the Globe key by deleting the Emoji Keyboard.

Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards - tap Edit, then tap the red "-" to delete the Emoji keyboard

Not so... but its appearance does vary by iPadOS version.


For iPadOS 18.x, with two or more language keyboards enabled, the globe key will appear in the onscreen keyboard at bottom left:




With only single language keyboard enabled along with the Emoji Keyboard, the Emoji keyboard icon will be shown in place of the Globe key:
