How to turn off Siri in iCloud settings?

I'm trying to disable and delete siri in icloud. Meaning delete what siri has learned about my phone and apps and disable this feature. I disabled siri in all settings and in all individual apps. However i still cannot disable and delete siri for icloud. Please advise.
