Unable to create Apple Account

Hello Apple company I spent 6 hours now trying to create apple account (icloud Email) for my second Iphone I spent 6 hours I swear and all I get is the following errors:

Security Code Error:

Verification codes can’t be sent to this phone number at this time. Please try again later.

Your account cannot be created at this time

your Email account can't be verified

I called the support and they couldn't fix the problem, I have one conclusion now, I swear to god that this will be last Iphone I should actually buy the new Samsung because it's very very very very very very hard to create an account on apple. I swear that I made a mistake buying your products and this will be last time my next phone will be Samsung because it's actually very easy to create an account on Google.
