How to purge email with 60,000 emails that is overloaded? So my son's icloud email is filled with like 60,000 emails and he can not access or receive any new emails We would like to keep this email active as it is tied to a bunch of his online accounts So how can we fully purge his email account of all of these emails so he can start using it again like normal? Thanks!

Indeed. Only one person should be using an Apple Account - which is how one “log[s into i]Cloud”.

Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple Account - Apple Support
