How do I resolve Apple Cash Card service issues with Green Dot Bank?
I understand that Apple Cash Card service is delivered by third-party, Green Dot Bank. This is a HORRIBLE service. I have been calling them since last 5 weeks. Apple Cash is locked. It was supposed to be ID verification. First “problem
Persist, and case being escalated, estimated response 10 business day” answer was given. 10 days later, same excuse, now “escalated, 20 business days”
Please get yourthings together. This is not acceptable.
