The Bluetooth does not connect to my hearing aids anymore. The brand hearing aid is Rexton and I have the app for it, but the app says that I can’t recognize or find the hearing aids anymore after upgrading to 18.4.one also I get reverse video in some of my apps now is there some kind of fix for this?

Report the issue to Rexton support, look at their help site/forum and check app store for updates.
