Unable to purchase new apps due to 'Pending purchase' issue after deleting free app on the App Store

I did not purchase this app. I only tried it for a short time because it was allowed to try the free app. I decided not to use this app immediately because it was inconvenient to use and I deleted it. Now this app is not allowing me to purchase new apps and upgrade old apps, which may lead to a situation where Apple products will be questioned in the future. I hope Apple company can solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

  1. Apple is not here, this is a user to user forum.
  2. Deleting apps will not stop or cancel their associated free trials. If the trial is not manually cancelled it will attempt to renew into a paid subscription once the trial is over. You must cancel the trial and now the subscription yourself, Apple will not do it for you. It is your responsibility to manage free trials and subscriptions you start.
  3. If the subscription was unable to be charged, you now owe that money to Apple.
  4. There is no way to cancel a payment method, you will need to let it successfully complete and charge you before you are able to use the App Store services again.
  5. Once the payment is complete, you can request a refund.
  6. Threats don't work here. Use the device and service that works best for you, users in this forum, have no vested interest in your usage of Apple devices or services. We just volunteer our time to help other users.

First Cancel the subscription:

Second, add a valid payment method to your account, and let it charge you for the subscription you failed to cancel.
