You cannot add it to the wallet. You can keep the picture in photos if you wish

There's no real direct way of adding a paper ticket to the Wallet App.
If the ticket has a QR code printed on it, you may be able to use that to add it to wallet.
Otherwise, you can try going to the airline's website, or app and see if you can retrieve the itinerary there and get to an option to add it to the Wallet App.
