Recovering iTunes Purchases Associated with Defunct College Email

Hi! I've been using iTunes/Apple Music since it launched 20-some years ago. When I started, I had an account associated with my college email. Many years have passed, and since then I've moved most of my Apple activity to a personal email, but when trying to play music I bought back in the day, iTunes asks me to log into my college account. I've long forgotten the password, and resetting the email would be futile, as I haven't had access to that address in a long time. Is there any way Apple could help me out here?
