AirPods Pro 1nd generation, кейс не мигает без зарядки

AirPods Pro 1nd generation, друг передал свои наушники. Он отвязал их у себя полностью. При зарядке кейс горит зеленым, как только снимаю с зарядки кейс перестает мигать, зажимал кнопку 30 секунд, ничего не помогало, что это может быть?
