I want to upgrade to iphone 16 in uae, in the description it has mentioned that this version supports dual physical sim cards and no facetime, does facetime works out of uae or this version does not have facetime at all? Because my country doesn't support e-sim but I need facetime

iPhones sold in UAE do NOT support 2 physical SIM cards. They support one physical SIM and one eSIM.
The only devices that support 2 physical SIM cards are those sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Look in noon website , dual physical sim cards is available, but it's mentioned that it has no face time. My question is : the FaceTime doesn't work just in UAE or the device doesn't support FaceTime at all in all around the world?
A model originally sold in China won't support FaceTime Audio anywhere.
A model originally sold in the United Arab Emirates on 13.6 or newer, including all of those with AA/A in their model numbers, will support it internationally.
KiltedTim's statement applies to ones from Apple or an authorized reseller, not gray market or secondhand units.

Those are gray market devices originally sold in China.
Probably. If it is from China, it will not have facetime audio at all as it's illegal in china.
It will also not have a warranty outside of China.
Buy a phone in the country where you intend to use it.
