AirPods Max won’t turn on or connect despite green light

My AirPod Max has recently stopped working. They were working perfectly fine 2 days ago and when I went to use them today they wouldn’t turn on, noise control button wouldn’t even work, it’s like they’re dead but the led light is green. I already tried to reset it, forget the device and attempt to connect again, but then they won’t even connect or show up on my Bluetooth. I don’t understand what is happening because I never misuse my AirPods, they never got wet or were exposed to extreme temperatures either.
