Can I keep my existing iTunes playlists when subscribing to Apple One?

I have about 9,000 songs saved to my windows PC in iTunes. If I subscribe to Apple One, will I be able to keep all of my existing playlists? I want to preserve them if I can, and we would use Apple One for music on various Apple devices (the PC and several iPhones and iPads).

Can you keep playlists and sync the songs accordingly in their playlists? I would like to sync my devices to begin using Apple Music, but I am worried about losing my playlist groupings. Can I sync those?

How to separate music library (personal songs) from apple music? Apple music and personal music library should be two separated apps. I want to add music from apple music but it asks to upload my entire collection to icloud and in that process it makes a mess of everything. music albums where I only want to keep some tracks suddenly show the entire album, my playlists get erased or modified. How can I completely separate my music collection from apple music?
