Better use Apple Music with Dolby Access or not?

So, I was using Apple Music not just on my Mac, but also on my Windows computer. Is it the right choice to use Dolby Access software to enhance my music experience with Apple Music on Windows?

I try using it, but I noticed that the audio volume was lower than the default volume (without Dolby Access enabled).

Also, I heard a gap in volume between normal music and Dolby Atmos format music. This gap in volume feels lower on Dolby Atmos music on Windows compared to Mac. But I think that problem is just with Apple.
