Why can't I find Motion and Orientation settings in Safari?

I have a great program for iOS https://bubb.li/ which allows you to take 360 degree photos on the iPhone. They also email you a link to a web version of the "Bubble" as they call it. It works fine on macOS Chrome, but in macOS Safari I get an error message asking me to turn on Safari Motion and Orientation Access. I can't find the setting anywhere. Thoughts?
