Apple Music and Apple Devices Stopped Working on Windows 11

I've been using Apple Music since iTunes was discontinued, and I've been using Apple Devices to sync and back up my iPhone and iPad. Suddenly, neither application is working. Apple Music throws an error of "Something went wrong. You'll need to reopen Apple Music and then try again." Apple Devices no longer connect when plugged in devices. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, performed a system restore to an earlier date, and rolled back Windows updates, but nothing seems to work. I have tried opening Apple Music from the Microsoft Store, and that doesn't work either. I'm at my wits' end. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Windows, Windows 11 (26100)

Similar issues for me. Apple Music (installed from the Microsoft Store) used to work perfectly fine, but as of about 2-3 days ago, I can select tracks, I can see the progress counter moving, but there is no audio.

I can mess around with the windows volume slider and hear the "ding" sound as I move it, I can play games and youtube videos with no audio issues. I have uninstalled Apple Music and reinstalled, restarted the machine, run the Windows audio troubleshooting service, and still have the same issue.

Just for confirmation, I am currently using version Apple Music 1.5.4.88 (1.1284.22529.0) on Windows 11 Pro 23H2.

I have confirmed as well that the Apple Music web player works perfectly fine in Firefox too. I also searched a few other posts here that suggested it might be an issue with albums that are not in my library, but that is not the issue here. I have tried Radio stations on the homepage, albums I know I have listened to before, as well as new releases and playlists not in my library, and all have the same issue in the desktop application, but they all work fine in the web player.
