How to fix overheating and unresponsive Apple Watch while in abroad?

My Apple phone went blandk (black) yesterday and I have tried almost everything to reset it, Also, when I put it on a charger it got extremely hot. I am out of the country till mid-June so I hope I can do something to fix this problem. Thank you. I have pushed the the button and the crown button trying to do a reset, but nothing. Not sure what else to do?

I dont suppose you went for a swim with it? If the forced restart did nothing I fear for the integrity of the hardware.
