Apple Music Won't Sync My Music on Windows 11

I rebuilt my Windows 11 device a while back and I have suffered with the music on my iPhone. I finally went in and cleaned everything up on my Win11 device and Apple Music won't update the media. There are no sync options on the app.

I have:

Uninstalled the app, deleted any reg keys I could find and deleted the profile within music. It continues to default to an unknown location with a very small amount of media.

How do I get this to resync to my new media folder?

Windows, Windows 11 (26100)

I would recommend iTunes even though Apple want to encourage us to move on. Apple Music for Windows is not as powerful as its Mac counterpart. Starting with macOS 10.15 Catalina the syncing duties on Macs were moved into Finder, the equivalent of Windows Explorer. For Windows you also need to download the Apple Devices for Windows app to support syncing to devices, and the Apple TV for Windows app if you want access to your video content from Apple. If any of these three apps are installed alongside iTunes they limit iTunes such that it can only manage audiobooks and podcasts. On a Mac you get new Books and Podcasts apps to complete the suite of replacements for iTunes, whereas the Windows migration project is essentially incomplete.

So with Apple Music and Apple Devices installed it is the Apple Devices app that is supposed to do the syncing. It can only sync content stored locally on your computer and connected to the Apple Music app. Depending on if/how you migrated your library from your previous installation Apple Music might at this point be connected to your purchase history in the cloud, or show all of your content. Did you backup your old iTunes library before rebuilding the computer? If not is there still content on your iPhone that you might recover into an iTunes library on your computer? See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - Apple Community if applicable. The easiest method may be a temporary subscription to the Apple Music service, merging the music on the device into an iCloud Music Library which you then download to a computer and backup for security. I would recommend reverting to iTunes before attempting such a recovery.
