Can I Set Up Second iPhone with Different Playlist on Same Mac

My wife and I both have iPhones. I use a Mac but she uses Windows.

i have Music on my Mac, and use it to load music to my iPhone and iPad.

On Music on my Mac, can I set up a second playlist for her to load on her iPhone and iMac? She has her own Apple ID and password.
