Can Apple track a stolen MacBook 16" M3 Max using the serial number?

My macbook 2023 m3 max 16 inch has been stolen off me. it was a Sale gone wrong, they pulled a knife on me, because i was selling i removed the "Find my mac" i have reported it to the police. is there a way apple can use the seriel number to flag it or something ?

No, Apple cannot and will not track your stolen Mac.

With FindMy disabled there is little to do now to secure, wipe or track that device.

You've done what you can by reporting the theft. Now all you can do is make plans to replace it.
