How do I fully unlink iPhone notifications from MacBook Pro after repair?

Previously I had it so I get no notifications on my MBP from my iPhone from my Messages, Mail, and Safari. I think I managed to halfway make it there, but whenever I open up any of those apps, an icon comes up on my taskbar like I circled in red on the taskbar in the screenshot. Please help!!!
