2019 MacBook Pro 16" with Intel Core i9 shutting down because of kernel panics

I recently (last few weeks) have been having issues with my MacBook Pro crashing and restarting. It usually happens when asleep but not always. I have suspicions Dropbox could be the culprit but it's been running consistently on this machine since I bought it without issue other than occasional high cpu usage, so not sure why it's causing problems now. I also have iCloud and Adobe Creative Cloud running in the background most of the time, so maybe there's a conflict.

I recently did a total wipe of the drive and reinstall of everything but the problem persists. I've also reset PRAM, NVRAM and SMC to no avail.

I ran a diagnostic test and found no issues with the hardware. Below is an etrecheck report with info on the last couple crashes/kernel panics.

if you have a panic report:

From the Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy and paste:

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

the panic file begin with “kernel” and/or ends in “Panic”

post the whole report in in a separate “Additional Text” box
