Eg: says:

If you can't find the App Store

If the App Store is missing on your device, you might have Content & Privacy Restrictions turned on.

 Adjust your iTunes & App Store Purchases settings and make sure that you choose "Allow" for the Installing Apps setting. The App Store should reappear on your device.

If you still can't find the App Store, swipe down to search for it with Spotlight.

The latest update seems to have resolved the issue for me.

I have the same issue, even though I had successfully installed the same Spider+ arcade app on my previous iPad.
