When I put my AirPods Pro 2 in, my iPhone immediately starts playing Apple Podcast

When I put my airpods pro 2 in, my phone immediately starts playing a podcast, even though I rarely listen to them and never have the app open on my phone when this happens. It also does it in my car when I connect to my phone. I don’t want a random podcast I didn’t even subscribe to autoplaying in the few seconds it takes me to get ready to listen to an audio book or something else on my phone! It’s not going to be a podcast 9 times out of ten, but for some reason the podcasts are always there! Is there a way to stop this autoplay? I set the app on my phone to not autoplay podcasts in settings, but it didn’t seem to work.
