Delays In Business Connect Verification

Has anyone else been noticing a long delay in verification for certain listings on Apple Business Connect? I've also noticed that Support is taking 2-3 weeks to respond, when they're typically supposed to respond within 3 business days. Is there anything specific causing this delay within Apple Business Connect?

Apple Business Connect Support Has anyone received any response at all from Apple Business Connect support? I have submitted three verification requests for three clients and I have contacted "Apple Support" two other times over 10 days with no response. I am trying to make edits to the businesses and locations for my clients. I would like to set up other clients but I am hesitant to do so until I get the existing account corrected.

Unable to get in Apple Business Connect - getting message "Something went wrong - try refreshing the page" This is the message popping in when I am trying to log in Apple Business Connect from my laptop or iphone. I am able to verify the 2 factor authentication but keep getting this message. This is happening for the last 2 days.

Apple Maps taking forever to verify Apple Business Connect ** Small Businesses Beware ** We recently were made aware from a walk-in client that our location on Apple Maps was out of date and a previous business was being displayed where we are now. We've invested the time to setup the Business Connect account, fill out the proper information, fine tune descriptions, upload current photos, and send over sensitive documents to prove our authenticity. There is a notice that claims verification can take up to 5 days, but it's now going on 3 weeks. Does anyone know if Apple is sunsetting its Maps feature and resources being phased out? We've having a hard time understanding why it would take this long. We were up and running with Google Maps and Waze within days. We hope that we don't find ourselves regretting that we shared our confidential documentation with a non-existent Apple Maps / Business Connect Support Staff for a platform that is being phased out. Yikes! Until then, I suppose our location remains outdated. Anyone else having this issue? Any secrets to push the verification through? There doesn't seem to be any alternative ways to connect with Apple about this matter. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
