iphone 12 pro sometimes wont delivery photos or audio messages

My phone will send 2-3 audio texts and/or photos, but then it will stop delivering beyond that unless I turn my phone off and on. I have chatted with Verizon and tried all of the troubleshooting. I thought at first it was my new (refurbished) phone but it has done this on the last 3 phones. I kept replacing them because I thought the phones were faulty. No one else in our plan has any issues either. I’m stumped.
