Why do I have to keep resetting my Apple Account password?

This most commonly happens when you create a new Apple Account. You could have changed the email address of the previous account as opposed to creating a new Apple Account. The issue is apps downloaded under the previous account are tied to that account, so your phone is asking you to update the account in order to update the apps tied to the old Apple Account.

The simplest thing to do would be to delete the apps which were downloaded under the previous account and download them under the new account.
